目的 通过在门诊对确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇采取不同的护理方法, 控制血糖, 减少血糖波动对母婴的影响, 提高母婴生命质量. 方法 选择在我院建立产科档案并进行产前检查、 经OGTT试验确诊为妊娠期糖尿病而无其它病理因素的孕妇100例为观察对象. 按照随机数字表将其分成两组, 各组50 例, 两组均给予常规饮食控制和对症护理,对照组在确诊后进行一次性的健康教育指导, 观察组在整个产前阶段由护理人员进行监管,实行持续性护理. 给予饮食和运动指导、 监测血糖, 根据孕周、 孕前基础体重及血糖控制情况及时调整护理方案. 观察两组孕妇在门诊产前检查期间血糖控制情况. 结果 观察组空腹血糖为4. 76 ± 0. 20 mmol/L, 对照组空腹血糖为5. 03 ± 0. 76 mmol/L,, 观察组血糖明显低于对照组 (t=2. 386, P<0. 05) , 观察组餐后2h的血糖为6. 50 ± 0. 27 mmol/L, 对照组餐后2 h的血糖为7. 03 ± 0. 18 mmol/L, 观察组餐后2 h 血糖亦低于对照组 ( t =11. 483, P <0. 05). 结论 对GDM孕妇进行持续性的护理质量管理, 有利于血糖控制.%Objective To investigate the influence of different nursing methods on blood glucose control for pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes in outpatient department of obstetrics to reduce blood glucose fluctuations and improve the quality of maternal and child life. Methods 100 pregnant women who underwent regular antenatal examination in our hospital diagnosed through OGTT test diagnosed with gestational diabetes and no other pathological factors from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2012 were included in the study. According to random number table, they were divided into the control group ( n =50 ) and the observation group ( n =50 ) . The conventional nursing methods management and progressive one-time health education guidance were applied to the observation group after confirmed. The control group subjects accept the continuous monitoring of blood glucose by the nursing staff in the prenatal stage and the conventional nursing management as well. This method on control group can be adjust by gestational age, pregnancy weight and blood glucose control result. Results the observation group fasting blood glucose was 4. 76 ± 0. 20 mmol/L, which was significantly lower than the control group ( 5. 03 ± 0. 76 mmol/L) ( t=2. 386, P<0. 05) , postprandial 2h blood glucose was 6. 50 ± 0. 27 mmol/L, which was lower than the control group ( 7. 03 ± 0. 18 mmol/L) ( t =11. 483, P <0. 05 ) . Conclusions the nursing supervision on the sustainability of GDM pregnant women to control blood sugar.
