新型口鼻面罩用于慢性阻塞性肺病病人氧疗效果观察

摘要

To know the therapeutic effects of oxygen inhalation both via Ventrui mask and via bilateral nasal tube, 30 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (COPD) were observed. The indices included arterial blood pH value, PaCO2 and PaO2 of acute exacerbation stage patients both before and after oxygen inhalation. Results showed that patients who used the Ventrui mask inhalation,the amplitude of PaO2 ascending were more and faster than that in control group (P＜0.01). Moreover, It can improve the hypoxia symptoms of the patients and did not worsen the carbon dioxide retention. Suggested that to use the Ventrui mask in acute exacerbation stage COPD patients may elevate their PaO2 and can not cause carbon dioxide retention. It can improve the hypoxia of the patients as well.%为观察新型口鼻面罩(ventrui面罩)和双侧鼻导管氧疗效果，对30例慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期病人吸氧前后动脉血pH值、PaC02及Pa02进行观察。结果显示：ventrui面罩吸氧组病人的Pa02上升幅度较大，且迅速，能尽快改善病人的缺氧症状，而不加重二氧化碳潴留，与鼻导管组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。建议对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期病人使用ventrui面罩持续吸氧，可迅速改善病人的缺氧症状。
