不同中药外敷方法治疗慢性软组织损伤痛证效果观察

摘要

Objective:To compare the curative effect of acupoints sticking and local sticking with traditional Chi-nese medicine Shiweiwuteng powder for patients with chronic soft tissue injury pain syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with tissue injury pain syndrome who were treated from June 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The patients in observation group received acupoints sticking with Shiweiwuteng powder,and the patients in control group received local sticking with Shiweiwuteng powder,then to compare the VAS score and curative effect.Results:There was statistically significant difference in VAS score and the total effective rate between both groups at one week and two weeks after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoints sticking with traditional Chinese medicine Shiweiwuteng powder was better than that of local sticking for patients with chronic soft tissue injury pain syndrome.%[目的]比较中药十味五藤散经穴贴敷与局部贴敷对慢性软组织损伤后痛证的疗效。[方法]将2013年6月—2015年12月收治的90例慢性软组织损伤病人随机分为两组各45例。观察组予以十味五藤散经穴贴敷，对照组行十味五藤散局部贴敷，比较两组疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及治疗效果。[结果]治疗后1周、2周两组病人 VAS 评分、总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]中药十味五藤散采用经穴贴敷对慢性软组织损伤效果优于局部贴敷。
