肝癌围术期病人护理结局及指标类目的构建

摘要

Objective:To screen out the suitable nursing outcome and index for patients with liver cancer in the perioperative period.Methods:A research group was established to determine the outcomes and indicators of care outcomes by using Classification of Nursing Outcomes (third edition)to form the experts consulting scale. Use Delphi method to carry out two rounds of important scoring and the results were statistically analyzed.Re-sults:A total of 10 outcomes and 58 indicators were determined to evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing on patients with liver cancer by Delphi expert consultation.Conclusions:Proper evaluation outcomes and indicators of perioperative nursing for patients with liver cancer were screened out.Which can provide the reference stand-ard for clinical nurses to evaluate the nursing effect in perioperative nursing of patients with liver cancer.%[目的]筛选出适合肝癌围术期病人的护理结局及指标的类目。[方法]成立科研小组，以《护理结局分类》第3版为框架，确定备选护理结局及指标，经讨论形成专家咨询表，采用德尔菲法对15位专家进行两轮的重要性评分，并对其结果进行统计分析。[结果]通过Delphi专家咨询得出适合肝癌病人围术期护理效果评价的10项结局、58项指标。[结论]筛选出了适合肝癌病人围术期护理效果评价的结局及指标，为临床护士在肝癌病人围术期护理中评价护理效果提供参考标准。
