血液内科护士遭遇工作暴力的回顾性研究

         

摘要

目的:评估2005年1月~2010年12月期间血液内科护士遭遇工作暴力的分布特点,分析其影响因素并提出对策,为科学防范其发生及营造护患和谐氛围提供借鉴.方法:采用回顾性资料分析法,对工作暴力事件记录进行统计分析.结果:2005年1月~2010年12月工作暴力发生率从30.00%增至53.57%.暴力应对方式中与对方讲理的发生率从50.00%降至21.05%,沉默的发生率从12.50%增至63.16%.大专及以下学历发生率为85.53%,本科及以上学历发生率为14.47%,经比较P<0.05.结论:近年来工作暴力形式呈多样化特点:工作暴力发生率逐年上升;与对方争吵、与对方讲理的发生率逐年下降,求助上级或同事及沉默的发生率逐年增加;不同学历对工作暴力发生率有影响(P<0.05).针对上述工作暴力特征,采用多样化综合应对措施,对减少工作暴力发生、维持和谐护患关系具有重要意义.%Objective:To evaluate distribution of violence at work in nursing during the January 2005 - December 2010 Department of Hematology, and to analyze the influencing factors ,this can propose measures for the prevention and the creation of nurse -patient scientific harmonious atmosphere for reference. Methods:With retrospective data analysis methods, records of violence at work was be carried out statistical analysis. Results: From 2005 to 2010, The incidence of violence increased to 53. 57% from 30.00%. The incidence of reasonning each other reduced from 50.00% to 21.05% , and incidence of silent increased from 12. 50% to 63.16%. The incidence of violence was 85. 53% in nurses with college education and below, but this date was 14.47% in nurses with undergraduate education and above. Conclusion: In recent years, features diversified forms of violence at work: violence at work have become increasingly common; quarrel reason each other rate decreased year by year,but dates of help to superiors or colleagues and silence were increased year by year; distribution of violence at work was different in different education ( P <0.05 ). According to the above characteristics of violence at work, the use of diverse and comprehensive response measures to reduce violence and harmonious working relationship between nurses and patients is important
