维生素C片剂外用治疗血液病合并口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of vitamin C tablet for external use in the treatment of mouth ulcer caused by the blood disease.Methods:132 patients suffered from mouth ulcer caused by the blood disease from October 2009 to June 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,the 57 cases of control group on the basis of routine oral care given chlorhexidine mouthwash,the 75 cases of observation group which was provided with the external application of mashed vitamin C tablet in addition.Results:After 10 days intervention treatment,the cure and efficiency rates of the observation group were significant higher than the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The time of curing and time the pain last in the observation group were shorter than the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:To investigate the effects of vitamin C tablets on diseases of the blood with mouth ulcer,can shorten the duration of pain and healing time,simple and convenient operation,low price,safe and reliable.%目的:观察维生素C片荆外用治疗血液病合并口腔溃疡的效果.方法:将我院2009年10月～2012年6月132例血液病合并口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组57例患者在常规口腔护理的基础上给予洗必泰含漱,观察组75例在溃疡处加用维生素C片剂粉末外敷治疗.结果:干预治疗10 d后,观察组治愈率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).口腔溃疡治愈所需时间及疼痛持续时间观察组少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:维生素C片荆外敷对血液病合并口腔溃疡的治疗效果较好,可缩短疼痛持续时间及治愈时间,且操作简单方便、价格低廉、安全可靠.
