家庭访视对改善乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼依从性的作用

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of home visiting intervention on the patients with limb function exercise compliance improvement after breast cancer operation. Methods:Through the community nurse planned targeted family visit,for 24 weeks of intervention on the compliance of discharged patients after breast cancer surgery limb function exercise,and aiming at the specific difficulties was encountered,specific guidance. Results:The implementation of home visiting intervention,93. 33% of patients with limb function exercise compliance for full compliance,the limb function recovery,significantly better than did not intervene,insist to take exercise of the patients. Conclusion:Community nurse home visiting intervention,effectively improve the compliance of patients with breast cancer after limb function exercise,to maximize the recovery of limb function,improve the quality of life of patients.%目的：：探讨家庭访视对改善乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼依从性的作用。方法：通过社区护士有计划、有针对性地家庭访视，对出院的乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼的依从性进行持续24周的干预，并针对患者遇到的具体困难，进行具体指导。结果：实施家庭访视后，有93.33%患者患肢功能锻炼依从性好，患肢功能恢复正常，明显好于未进行干预的患者。结论：社区护士家庭访视干预，有效提高了乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能锻炼的依从性，最大程度地恢复了患肢功能，提高了患者的生活质量。
