循证护理对结直肠癌患者生活质量的影响

摘要

To investigate and study the influence of evidence-based nursing for the life quality of patients with colorectal cancer .Methods:60 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from July 2011 to September 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into con-trol group(routine colorectal cancer nursing group) and observation group(evidence-based nursing group).Then the two groups were respectively evalua-ted with Scale of quality of life in patients with cancer ( EORTC -QLQ -C30 score) before the nursing and at 1st week after the nursing.Results:The EORTC-QLQ-C30 score of two groups before the nursing had no significant differences,all P>0.05,while the score of observation group at 1st week af-ter the nursing were all better than those of control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the life quality of patients with colorectal cancer.%目的：探讨循证护理对结直肠癌患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取2011年7月～2013年9月我院收治的60例结直肠癌患者为研究对象，将其随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施循证护理。比较两组患者护理干预前和护理干预1周后的生命质量。结果：护理前两组癌症患者生命质量测定量表评分比较无统计学意义（P＞0．05），而护理干预1周后观察组患者的生命质量测定量表评分均优于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：循证护理可显著改善结直肠癌患者的生活质量。
