预防性综合护理干预预防产妇产后出血的效果观察

摘要

Objective:Discussion on the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:356 cases of maternal hospital were randomly divided into control and test groups,the implementation of routine care control group the experimental group precautionary comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.Observing and recording two postpartum hemorrhage,bleeding rate and maternal adherence to treatment. Results:The test group of postpartum hemorrhage is less than the control group, and the bleeding rate lower than the control group,treatment compliance was higher,the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Maternal preventive and integrated care intervention can reduce the amount of bleeding,prevent postpartum hemorrhage.%目的：探讨预防性综合护理干预对预防产妇产后出血的效果。方法：将356例我院产妇随机等分为对照组和试验组，对照组实施常规的护理，试验组在此基础上采用预防性综合护理干预。观测并记录两组产妇产后出血量、出血率及产妇治疗的依从性。结果：试验组产妇产后出血的量少于对照组，且出血率低于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组，两组比较均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：对产妇进行预防性综合护理干预能并降低出血量，有效防止产后出血的发生。
