全胰腺切除术后患者血糖的控制及护理

摘要

目的：总结全胰腺切除术后患者血糖控制的护理方法。方法：总结我院2013年7月~2015年12月8例全胰切除术后患者的临床资料和护理方法，特别是在血糖监测方面的护理经验。结果：术后本组8例患者均出现过低血糖，有1例发生糖尿病酮症酸中毒。结论：全胰腺切除是腹部外科中的高难度手术，血糖的管理是术后护理的重点；注意胰岛素输入的精准性、密切监测血糖，避免低血糖、糖尿病酮症酸中毒，注意营养的管理和健康指导是术后血糖控制的关键。%Objective:To conclude the nursing method of blood glucose control of patients after total pancreatectomy. Methods:Concluded clinical information and nursing method of the 8 patients after total pancreatectomy of our hospital from July 2013 to December 2015,especially nursing experience in blood glu-cose monitoring. Results:After the operation,the 8 patients in this group all had hypoglycemia,and 1 patient had diabetic ketoacidosis. Conclusion:Total pancreatectomy is a highly difficult operation in abdominal surgery,and the blood glucose management is the focus in postoperative nursing;paying attention to the accuracy of insulin infusion,closely monitoring blood glucose,avoiding hypoglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis,laying emphasis on nutrition manage-ment and health guidance are keys to postoperative blood glucose control.
