专职护理小组在ICU血气分析质量前馈控制中的应用

摘要

Objective: To explore the application effect of full -time nursing team in ICU blood gas analysis quality feedforward control .Methods:Selected 1826 blood gas specimens as the control group for retrospective analysis from July to August 2016, and relevant problems existing were found out;aimed at the problems found out, 1793 blood gas analysis specimens from November to December 2016 were used as the control group, and in the process of exami-nation, feedforward intervention measures were taken, including establishment of full -time nursing team of blood gas analysis, unification of operation pro-cedures for collection of blood gas specimens , establishment of blood gas analysis examination standard process , establishment of blood gas analysis three -level maintenance and service management system , hierarchal training and assessment of nurses , and the conformance rate of blood gas specimens and fail-ure rate of instruments in the two groups were compared .Results: The conformance rate of blood gas analysis specimens in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of failure of blood gas analysis instrument in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The ICU blood gas analysis quality feedforward control dominated by the full -time nursing team could reduce the noncon-formance rate of blood gas analysis specimens and the incidence rate of failure of blood gas analysis instrument , and ensure the quality of blood gas analysis and examination.%目的:探讨专职护理小组在ICU血气分析质量前馈控制中的应用效果.方法:选择我科2016年7～8月的血气标本1826份作为对照组,进行回顾性分析,并寻找存在的相关问题;针对发现的问题,将2016年11～12月的血气分析标本1793份作为试验组,在检验过程中实施前馈干预措施,包括成立血气分析专职护理小组、统一血气标本采集操作规范、制定血气分析检测标准流程、建立血气分析仪三级维护保养管理制度、分层级进行护士培训和考核,比较两组血气标本合格率及仪器故障发生率.结果:试验组血气分析标本合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),血气分析仪故障发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:由专职护理小组主导的ICU血气分析质量前馈控制能够降低血气分析标本不合格率和降低血气分析仪的故障发生率,保证血气分析检验的质量.
