改良负压吸引器连接管在辅助生殖技术取卵术中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨改良负压吸引器连接管在不孕症患者接受辅助生殖技术治疗后行取卵手术中的应用效果.方法:随机选择2016年1月~2017年1月在我院生殖中心行体外受精-胚胎移植的不孕症患者82例, 将其随机分为对照组40例和观察组42例,对照组患者在行体外受精-胚胎移植技术治疗取卵时穿刺卵泡抽吸卵泡液进行采集卵细胞操作过程中,以消毒硅化胶管及玻璃接头为负压泵连接管连接取卵针与负压吸引器,观察组患者在行体外受精-胚胎移植技术治疗取卵时穿刺卵泡抽吸卵泡液进行采集卵细胞操作过程中,以经改良后的输液器软管连接取卵针与负压吸引器,比较两组的穿刺卵泡数、卵子数、获卵率、受精率、可利用胚胎数.结果:观察组患者获卵率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组的卵泡数、卵子数、受精率、可利用胚胎数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用改良输液器软管连接采集卵泡可提高获卵率,增加卵子数量,从而提高患者可利用胚胎数量.%Objective:To explore the effect of connecting pipe of modified negative pressure suction device in the oocyte retrieval of infertility patients after treatment of assisted reproductive technology.Methods:A total of 82 patients with infertility received in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in reproductive center from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group with 40 cases and observation group with 42 cases.During oocyte retrieval of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, the control group used sterilized silicified rubber tube and glass joint to link oocyte needle and the negative pressure suction device during the collection of egg cells, while the observation group used the modified infusion hose to connect oocyte needle and the negative pressure suction device.The number of puncture follicles, number of eggs, egg rate, fertilization rate and the number of available embryos in the two groups were compared.Results:The ovulation rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of follicles, number of eggs, fertilization rate and available embryo number between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of improved infusion device hose to collect follicles can increase the rate of ovulation and the number of eggs, thereby increasing the number of available embryos in patients.
