康复护理方案在脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨基于功能评估的匹配康复护理方案在脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者中的应用效果.方法:选择2016年1~7月收治于我院的脑卒中偏瘫接受康复护理的患者116例,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组接受常规偏瘫康复护理,试验组给予康复护理方案干预,干预1个月后观察比较两组患者偏瘫程度、日常生活自理能力和生活质量评分情况.结果:试验组干预后的Brunnstrom分级评分、改良Barthel指数评分、Spi-ter生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用基于功能评估的匹配康复护理方案对脑卒中偏瘫恢复期患者进行康复管理,可改善该类患者的偏瘫程度,提高其日常生活自理能力,促进其生活质量的提高.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of functional evaluation-based rehabilitation nursing plan in patients in recovery period of stroke hemiplegia. Methods:Selected 116 patients receiving rehabilitation nursing of stroke hemiplegia in our hospital from January to July 2016, and they were e-qually divided into experimental group and control group at random, the control group received the rehabilitation nursing of routine hemiplegia, and the ex-perimental group was given the interference of rehabilitation nursing plan, and observation and comparison were made on the hemiplegia degree, self-care ability in daily life and score of life quality of patients in the two groups 1 month later. Results:The Brunnstrom grading score, improved Barthel index score and Spiter life quality scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after interference (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The rehabilitation management of patients in recovery period of stroke hemiplegia with functional evaluation based matching rehabilitation nursing plan could improve the hemiplegia degree of patients, improve their self-care ability in daily life and improve their life quality.
