Objective To explore the effects of local oxygen therapy combined with red ointment in promoting healing of chronic skin ulcer. Methods From December 2009 to December 2010,60 inpatients with chronic skin ulcers from dermatology department of Yueyang Integrated Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n = 29) with local oxygen therapy combined with the topical treatment with red ointment and control group(n = 31) with the topical treatment with red ointment by convenience sampling method. The bacterial culture results and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment,the bacterial culture results and incidence of adverse reactions were improved in both of the two groups(P<0.05). The total efficiency of the observation group was 82. 75%, which was significantly higher than that(48. 39%) of the control group(P< 0. 05). Partial skin erythema and itchiness occurred in one petients of the control group. Conclusion Local oxygen therapy combined with the red ointment treatment of chronic skin ulcers can improve the clinical effects ulcers and promote wound healing of chronic skin ulcers.%目的 探讨局部氧疗联合红油膏对促进慢性皮肤溃疡愈合的疗效.方法 采用方便抽样法选取岳阳中西医结合医院皮肤科2009年12月至2010年12月住院期间的慢性皮肤溃疡患者60例,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=31),观察组患者在外用红油膏治疗基础上结合局部氧疗,对照组患者仅外用红油膏治疗.治疗3周后比较两组患者疮面的细菌培养结果、疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后两组患者疮面细菌培养结果均较培养前有改善(均P＜0.05)；观察组患者治疗总有效率为82.75％,高于对照组的48.39％,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组有1例患者用药后发生局部皮肤红斑、瘙痒.结论局部氧疗联合红油膏治疗慢性皮肤溃疡能提高临床疗效,从而促进了慢性皮肤溃疡疮面的愈合.
