围绝经期骨质疏松亚健康状态患者的护理

摘要

目的 探讨围绝经期骨质疏松亚健康状态患者护理干预的效果.方法 2007年11月至2009年1月,浙江中医药大学附属第二医院对100例围绝经期骨质疏松亚健康状态的患者进行了为期6个月的护理干预.结果 经过为期6个月的护理干预,患者的骨密度值由干预前的(-1.651±0.293)上升为(-1.366±0.540),经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 护理干预有利于预防或延迟骨质疏松的发生.%Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention for perimenopausal patients under sub-health state of osteoporosis.Methods From November 2007 to January 2009, 100 patients under sub health state of osteoporosis underwent nursing intervention for six months in the hospital.Results After 6months' nursing intervention.the value of bone mineral density (BMD) increased from -1.651±0.293 to -1.366±0.540.The difference was of statistical significance(P＜0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention helps prevent or delay osteoporosis.
