鞘状突高位结扎治疗儿童交通性鞘膜积液的护理

摘要

目的 探讨鞘状突高位结扎治疗儿童交通性鞘膜积液的围术期护理要点.方法 38例交通性鞘膜积液患儿在行鞘状突高位结扎治疗的围术期间,术前加强指导、术后密切观察病情,注意切口护理,观有无并发症的发生及疾病的复发等.结果 38例交通性鞘膜积液患儿均无复发,住院时间为平均(6.5±1.7)d.结论 良好的围术期护理能促进交通性鞘膜积液患儿的顺利康复.%Objective To explore the key points of perioperative nursing of children with a communicating hydrocele undergoing high ligation of processus vaginalis. Methods During the perioperative period, 38 children with a communicating hydrocele using high ligation of processus vaginalis undergone operative guidance, postoperative close observation, strengthened nursing of the incision as well as follow-up observation of complications and disease recurrence. Results No recurrence occurred in the 38 childen with communicating hydrocele. The average length of hospital stay was(6.5±1.7) d. Conclusion Sound perioperative nursing can promote the rehabilitation for children diagnosed with a communicating hydrocele.
