个体化胰岛素注射部位轮换引导卡的设计和临床应用

摘要

目的 设计个体化胰岛素注射部位轮换引导卡,并探讨其临床应用效果.方法 便利抽样法选取浙江中医药大学附属第一医院糖尿病门诊初始胰岛素注射108名患者为研究对象,按就诊时间的先后将其分为对照组(2015年1-6月)和观察组(2015年7-12月).对照组患者接受胰岛素注射常规教育,观察组患者在常规教育的基础上应用个体化胰岛素注射部位轮换引导卡进行自我注射.1年后对患者的注射部位轮换方法方法正确率 、皮肤并发症 、注射疼痛和舒适度进行评价.结果自我注射胰岛素1年后,两组患者在轮换方法正确率 、皮下出血 、硬结 、脂肪增生 、注射部位疼痛和舒适程度比较上的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 个体化胰岛素注射部位轮换引导卡的设计和应用能有效提高居家胰岛素注射患者的部位轮换正确率 ,改善注射体验 ,减少皮肤并发症 .%Objective To design the individualized insulin injection site rotation guidance card ,and to discuss its clinical application effect .Methods By convenience sampling ,108 cases were selected and divided into control group (January to June 2015) and observation group (July to December 2015) .The control group received routine education ,while the observation group was applied with individualized insulin injection site rotation guide card for injection on the basis of conventional education .After 1 years , the accuracy of injection site rotation ,skin complications ,injection pain and comfort were evaluated .Results The intervention group rotation accuracy ,subcutaneous bleeding ,induration ,pain and comfort of fat hyperplasia ,compared with the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0 .05) . Conclusion The design and application of individualized insulin injection site rotation guidance card can effectively improve the position rotation ,injection experience and reduce skin complications in patients with insulin injection at home .
