急诊科静脉输液工具使用状况的调查

摘要

目的 了解上海市某三级甲等医院急诊科静脉输液工具的使用现状,并分析相关影响因素.方法 2015年4月,采用自行设计的《静脉治疗横断面调查表》对上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院急诊科收治的153例行静脉治疗的患者进行调查.结果 临床静脉留置针普及率已较高,但在适应证应用和穿刺部位选择方面仍存在不规范现象;静脉留置针的维护、输液接头的使用等规范的落实欠佳.结论 临床护士执行静脉治疗规范的情况不佳,建议对护士实施规范化培训,以提高和确保静脉治疗护理安全.%Objective To investigate the application of intravenous transfusion instruments used in the emergency department of a Class Ⅲ GradeⅠhospital in Shanghai and to analyze relevant factors.Methods Totally 153 patients received intravenous treatment in the emergency department were selected and surveyed with self-designed ques-tionnaires on April 2015.Results The usage rate of clinical venous indwelling needle are widely used in clinical set-tingshas been higher,but there are still non-standard performances in terms of controlling its indication,inappro-priate use and incorrect selection of puncture site were existed.Lacking of the standard maintenance of venous in-dwelling needle and,the usageusing of infusion connector connection.and the disinfection of the connector,and the awareness of earlier phlebitis need to be improved for the emergency department nurses.Conclusion The imple-mentation standard of the intravenous therapy of is not strictly implemented by the clinical nurses is not good,and standardized effective training on intravenous therapy for nurses in the intravenous treatment is suggested to guar -antee and promote the its safety of intravenous therapy.
