The rise time of the gas pulses is less than 0.1 ms and the pulse width is in the range of 0.2~2 ms. The puffed gas amount is 102l~1022 molecules. The motion of the valve head is simulated with a set of partial differential equations. The computational results give a reasonable explanation for the abrupt jump appearing in the dependence of some gas puffing parameters on the charge voltage.
