Key issues in the designing of the PCB ( printed circuit board) were discussed.The signal processing circuit in-cluded preamplifier circuit, filter and shaping circuit, and pole-zero offsetting circuit.Charge sensitive pre-amplifier was chosen for preamplifier circuit.A CR-RC network was used for filter and shaping circuit.The area of the PCB was only 10cm2 .Forγray with energy of 0.662MeV, the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal processing circuit output achieved 50:1.The amplitude of the output signal achieved about 1.5V.No obvious negative tail was found in the output signals.The requirements of personal dosimetry were achieved by the per-formance of the signal processing circuit.
