骨肽注射液降压物质检查法研究

摘要

目的 观察骨肽注射液静脉给药对猫的急性降压作用,建立其降压物质检查法.方法 通过对骨肽注射液与组胺对照品引起麻醉猫血压下降程度比较的研究,确定其降压物质检查法的限值.结果 将骨肽注射液临床用量的3/5作为降压物质检查的限值.按拟定限值检查,方法可行.结论 建议骨肽注射液质量标准中增加降压物质检查.%Objective To observe the acute depressor effect of Ossotide Injections in cat,and to establish the depressor substance test method in Ossotide Injections. Methods To investigate the regulating action of Ossotide Injections and histamine for the blood pressure in the anesthetic cats. Result Three fifth of the clinical dosage of Ossotide Injections was used as the limit of the test of depressor substance. According to this research, the method was proven to be suitable. Conclusion The quality standard of Ossotide Injections should add and depressor substance test.
