低风速风电场风资源开发分析

摘要

低风速地区的风能开发已经成为当前中国风电开发的重要方向。然而，中国关于低风速风电场风能资源特点及计算过程中应考虑的重点问题却研究甚少。文章结合河南省荥阳风电场风资源分析过程，对低风速风电场风资源特点进行了简要剖析，希望对今后的低风速风电场开发提供借鉴和帮助。%The wind energy in the areas where the low wind speed is available becomes the important tendency of the wind energy develop-ment in China.But, studies on the characteristics of the wind energy resources of the wind farm with the low wind speed and issues which shall be considered especially in calculation are performed less.In this paper, the characteristics of the wind farm with the low wind speed are analyzed briefly in accordance with the analyzing process of the win resource of the wind farm in Xingyang, Henan Province.
