国际贸易中的动物福利壁垒浅析

摘要

Animal welfare barrier, as a newly emerged international trade barrier, has the characteristics of legitimacy, legality and simplicity. Therefore, it is increasingly favored by Western nations. On contrast, China＇s protection of animal welfare is still on the startup stage. In face of this new type of trade barrier, our government, relevant associations and enterprises should work together and take effective measurements to minimize the negative effects.%动物福利壁垒，作为新出现的国际贸易壁垒形式，具有合理、合法、操作简便等特点，因此越来越频繁地为欧美等西方国家所使用。目前，我国在动物福利保护方面仍处于起步阶段。为了应对这一新型壁垒，我国的政府、行业协会和企业应该通力合作，采取相应措施，降低其避免其给我国畜牧产品出口带来的不利影响。
