工业主导型城市优化产业结构转变发展方式探析——以山东省莱芜市为例

产业结构优化是经济结构调整中最主要、最基础的部分,是加快转变经济发展方式的重要途径和主要内容。莱芜市是一个以钢铁为主导的新兴工业城市,＂一业独大＂产业结构明显,优化产业结构,转变经济发展方式问题尤为突出。要以结构调整为主线,以技术创新为主导,充分发挥市场在产业结构调整中的指引功能,大力发展高新技术产业和现代服务业,切实转变经济增长方式,才能实现经济的科学跨越发展。%Industrial stnwture optimization is the most importanl and essential part of the economic structure adjustment, the important way and main;conent of the accelerating transformation of economic developmenl mode. Laiwu city is a sleel industry as the leading emerging industrial city. It is particularly prominent to optimize the industrial stritcture and transform the economic development mode .In order to realize economy span development af Science, we need to transform mode of economic growth, taking structural readjustment as catalinal line and technological innovation as the leading factor.
