基于双能X射线透射传感器技术分选矿石的探讨及应用

     

摘要

Ore sorting by dual energy X-ray transmission is one of sensor-based sorting technology,which can realize the preconcentration of metal ore,it has obvious economic and social benefits.Through the introduction of working principle and structure of dual energy X-ray transmission method,the sorting characteristics of the method is analyzed.Proved by experiment research and industrial application,this method can be applied in the separation of gold and other precious metals,copper zinc and other non-ferrous metal ores,and has the advantages of high recognition accuracy,high resolution precision,short process and so on.%双能X射线透射法分选矿石属于基于传感器分选技术的一种,可实现对金属矿石的预选,具有显著经济及社会效益.通过介绍双能X射线透射法的工作原理及结构组成,分析了该方法的分选特性;经试验及工业应用研究证明,该方法可适用于金矿等贵金属、铜铅锌等有色金属矿石的分选,具有识别准确度高、分辨精度高及工艺流程短等优点.
