搅拌磨机用于高品位石墨精矿再磨提纯的试验研究

     

摘要

高品位的大鳞片石墨价值高、应用范围广,是鳞片石墨选别工艺中追求的主要目标.应用试验室GJM型高效搅拌磨机(擦洗机),对国外某石墨矿物开展提高鳞片石墨精矿碳含量的试验研究,经过一次磨矿一次浮选流程使石墨固定碳含量从93.79%提高到97.69%,提高3.9个百分点,其中+147 μm部分的固定碳含量均达到98%以上,试验矿物的+147 μm累计产率由磨前的95.48%降低到75.23%左右,尽管牺牲了一定的大片率,但石墨精矿的价值大幅提升,通过石墨大片破坏系数公式对试验结果进行评价,表明直径4 mm介质对大片石墨保护效果最佳.%Large flake of high-grade graphite has high value and wide application,and it is the main product people most wanted through graphite mineral processing.In this paper,a series of experiments on raising the carbon content of flake graphite concentrate from a foreign graphite mine have been carried out by using GJM attrition scrubber.The result shows that after one step of milling by attrition scrubber and one step of flotation,the grade of fixed carbon has raised from 93.79% to 97.69% by 3.9%,and specifically for those particles above 147 μm,the carbon content reaches 98% while its yield drops from 95.48% to 75.23%.Even though there is a little loss in flake yield but the value of graphite has increased largely.Besides,evaluation of how much flakes are damaged in different test is recorded,and it shows that 4mm grinding media achieves best protective effect.
