荧光在线品位分析仪在高锍磨浮车间的应用

摘要

According to application and practice of fluorescence online ore grade analyzer in high-matte grinding and flotation plant of Jinchuan Group Nickel Smelter, make introduction for instruments theory, installation, application and maintenance of this real-time online ore grade monitor. One-year practice proved that equipment can be operated stably, measurement accuracy error of flotation ore grade can be within 0.5% to 1.0%. Make real-time monitor for ore grade change through fluorescence online ore grade analyzer can contribute to guide operation at site and maintain process stability.%根据金川集团镍冶炼厂高锍磨浮车间对荧光在线品位分析仪的应用实践，对这种实时在线品位监测仪表原理、安装、应用及维护情况作了介绍。经过1年的使用证明，设备稳定运行，浮选品位的测量精度误差在0.5%~1.0%的范围内。通过荧光在线品位分析仪对品位变化的实时监测，起到了指导现场生产，及时稳定工艺的作用。
