回转式阳极炉的发展变化

摘要

回转式阳极炉作为铜阳极炉一个主要类型，经历了近60年的发展历程，单炉设备能力从几十吨到600多吨。从炉体、炉盖及启闭装置、托轮支撑装置、润滑装置、冷却水管、氧化还原风管、驱动装置等阳极炉结构的角度出发，分析了回转式阳极炉结构型式的发展变化过程。%As a main type of copper anode furnace, rotary anode furnace has experienced nearly 60 years of development history, the single furnace capacity has increased from tens of tons to more than 600 tons. The paper analyzes change and development of structural form of rotary anode furnace from the aspects of the furnace body, furnace cover and opening & closing device, roller supporting device, lubricating device, cooling water pipe, oxidation reduction wind pipe, driving device and so on.
