烟气导向式双室熔炼炉

A kind of flue-gas oriented smelting furnace with double rooms was developed , which can make max-imum use of heat from the fuel for the smelting process , and has obvious advantages in the utilization of heat source and amount of heat .The structure of the smelting furnace and its operation process were elaborated .In some ways , it solved the problems of a traditional reverberating furnace such as low heat efficiency , high exhaust gas temperature, etc.Moreover, it has a distinct improvement in energy saving.%研发设计了一种烟气导向式双室熔炼炉，能最大限度地将燃料产生的热量直接用于物料的熔炼过程，在热源热量的利用方面具有明显优势。详细阐述了烟气导向式双室熔炼炉的结构以及操作过程，一定程度上解决了传统反射炉热效率低、排烟温度高等问题，在节能上有明显改进。
