石矿尾泥与市政污泥制备高强陶粒试验研究

     

摘要

In order to expand the resource utilization way of the tailings of the building stone mine, the experiment of preparing high strength ceramsite with Xin Kaiyuan tail mud as main raw material, municipal sludge and limestone as additive was carried out, and the influence of raw material composition and sintering system on the density of ceramsite, water absorption and barrel compressive strength were investigated. The results show that: under conditions of preheating temperature 500 ℃, preheating time 20 min, and sintering temperature 1 130 ℃, sintering time 10 min, 80% rock tailings, 10% municipal sludge, and 10% limestone as raw materials, the accumulate density of high strength ceramisite was 760 kg/m3, the water absorption was 2.6%, and the cylinder pressure strength was 10.3 MPa. At high temperature sintering stage, the addition of municipal sludge can promote the formation of pores, reduce the density of ceramsite, and promote the lightweight of ceramsite;the addition of limestone has the function of gas-making and melting.%为拓展建筑石矿尾泥的资源化利用途径, 开展了以新开元尾泥为主要原料、市政污泥及石灰石为添加剂制备高强陶粒的烧制试验, 考察了原料组成及焙烧制度对陶粒堆积密度、吸水率、筒压强度等性质的影响.结果表明:在预热温度500℃、预热时间20 min、焙烧温度1 130℃、焙烧时间10 min时, 以石矿尾泥80%、市政污泥10%及石灰石10%为原料, 可以制得堆积密度760 kg/m3、吸水率2.6%、筒压强度10.3 MPa的高强陶粒;在高温焙烧阶段添加市政污泥, 可以促进孔隙的形成, 降低陶粒的密度, 促使陶粒轻质化;石灰石的添加兼具造气和助熔的作用.
