研究了蛭石含量和摩擦温度对无石棉有机制动摩擦材料摩擦性能的影响,蛭石在制动摩擦材料中起改善摩擦材料的高温摩擦系数和降低磨损率的作用.基于制动摩擦材料摩擦性能测试的国家标准(GB5763-2008),应用可拓评价方法对5个蛭石增强的制动摩擦材料的摩擦系数和磨损率进行了可拓评价.其优劣排序为:V-14.6,V-9,V-5.6,V-3.4和V-0(数字代表蛭石在配方中的体积分数).%Effects of vermiculite content and friction temperature on tribological performance of non-asbestos organic (NAO) friction materials were investigated. The role of vermiculite is to improve the friction coefficient especially at a high temperature and to enhance the wear resistance of the friction materials. Based on the merit of extenies, extension evaluation method was applied to assess the comprehensive quality of different friction materials according to a criterion established from GB5763-2008. According to the weighted average dependent degree, the five brake friction materials were evaluated in the order from best to worst: V-14.6, V-9, V-5.6, V-3.4, and V-0.
