白云石煅烧制备水泥基胶凝材料的实验研究

         

摘要

通过控制白云石的煅烧制度得到了含有碳酸钙和活性氧化镁的煅烧产物,研究了白云石煅烧后加入硅酸盐水泥对水泥基胶凝材料的物理、力学以及微观性能的影响实验结果表明,白云石煅烧后掺入硅酸盐水泥增大了胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量,延缓了胶凝体系的凝结时间,并且随着掺量的增加,胶凝体系的标准稠度用水量和凝结时间增加的幅度也越大.同时发现,煅烧产物的加入虽然会降低胶凝材料的早期强度,但在水化后期表现出较好的强度优势.%The production including calcium carbonate and active magnesia were obtained by controlling the calcined system of dolomite. The influence of addition quantity of calcined-dolomite on physical, mechanical and microstructure properties of Portland cement were investigated in this paper. The results showed that addition of calcined dolomite increased standard consistency water and setting time. And, the more the calcined dolomite was, the more the standard consistency water and setting time of cementitious material. At the same time, addition of calcined dolomite decreased early strength of cementitious material, but better strength dominance was behaved in the lately age.
