一种新型电磁屏蔽复合涂料的研制

             

摘要

Aiming at the increasing severe pollution problem of electromagnetic environment, a new type of Ni-coated calcium-magnesium silicate whiskerickel powder/epoxy resin electromagnetic shielding composite coating was prepared. When the coating layer thickness was 0.3 mm of the 4 wt% Ni-coated calcium-magnesium silicate whiskerickel powder/epoxy resin electromagnetic shielding composite coating, its resistivity is 1.43 Ω·cm,and its shielding effectiveness was 35.082 dB-41.924 dB in the frequency range of 300 kHz - 1.5 GHz. The coating had low cost and convenient use and could be used extensively to suppress electromagnetic interference, prevent electromagnetic information from divulgation and improve electromagnetic environmental condition.%针对日益严重的电磁环境污染问题,研制了一种镀Ni硅酸钙镁矿物晶须/镍粉/环氧树脂电磁波屏蔽复合涂料.当涂层厚度为0.3mm,4wt%的镀Ni硅酸钙镁晶须/镍粉/环氧树脂屏蔽复合涂料的涂层电阻率达到1.43Ω·cm,在300kHz~1.5GHz频段范围内,涂层屏蔽效能达到35.082dB~41.924dB.该涂料成本低廉,使用方便,可广泛用于抑制电磁干扰、防止电磁信息泄密和改善电磁环境.
