玻璃纤维网格布增强聚合物矿物混凝土组分优化

         

摘要

Polymer Mineral Concrete (PMC) reinforced by class ifber mesh was fabricated in order to improving the mechanical property of PMC. Orthogonal tests were carried out to analysis the law of how the factors affect the compression strength of PMC reinforced by class ifber mesh. The results showed that the signiifcant inlfuences on compressive strength of PMC reinforced by class ifber mesh from large to small were amount of adhesive, the amount of class ifber mesh, mesh size and the amount of ifller. The suitable constitute of PMC reinforced by class ifber mesh were 10%adhesive, 1% class ifber mesh, mesh size of 8mm×8mm, 9% ifller and 80% aggregate, the compressive strength got up to 137.59MPa.%为进一步提高聚合物矿物混凝土(PMC)力学性能,选用玻璃纤维网格布增强PMC。通过正交实验设计,分析各因素对玻璃纤维网格布增强PMC抗压强度的作用规律。结果表明:对玻璃纤维网格布增强PMC抗压强度的影响因素显著性由大到小依次为黏合剂用量、玻璃纤维网格布加入量、玻璃纤维网格布网眼尺寸、填料用量。推荐玻璃纤维网格布增强PMC的最佳组分为:黏合剂10%,玻璃纤维网格布1%,玻璃纤维网格布的网眼尺寸8mm×8mm,填料9%,骨料80%,抗压强度达到137.59 MPa。
