不同激发剂对矸石电厂循环流化床粉煤灰的活化效果

     

摘要

Activation effects of different activators on CFB lfy ash are studied, and inlfuence of activators on the microstructure of cementitious material and the reaction degree of lfy ash are analyzed. The results show that the eight kinds of activators all play a certain role in promoting the activity of lfy ash, and the excitation effects enhance along with the increasing of the dosage of activators. In general, the effect of different types of activators are in the order:organic alcohol amines>chlorine salts>sulfate>bases, among them triethanolamine is the best, and triethanolamine shows excellent compatibility when it is mixed with other activators. Effects of compound activators on lfy ash are better than the single doped activator, especially, the organic-inorganic compound activator which is composed of triethanolamine, sodium sulfate and chloride salts plays the best excitation effect on CFB lfy ash. The formation quantity and structure density of hydration products are improved by activator and the reaction degree of lfy ash in cementitious material is increased by respectively percentage of 1.7 and 4.1 at 3 d and 28 d.%研究了不同激发剂及其掺量对循环流化床(CFB)粉煤灰的活化效果,并分析了其对胶凝材料微观形貌和粉煤灰反应程度的影响。结果表明,8种激发剂对粉煤灰活性均有一定的激发效果,且作用效果随其掺量的增加而增强。综合比较,不同种类激发剂效果由强至弱依次为有机醇胺类、氯盐类、硫酸盐类、碱类,其中三乙醇胺效果最好,与其它激发剂复合时表现出优异的相容性。不同激发剂的有效复合对粉煤灰的激发效果好于单掺激发剂,尤其是三乙醇胺、硫酸钠与氯盐的有机-无机复合对CFB粉煤灰表现出最佳的激发作用。激发剂增加了粉煤灰胶凝材料中水化产物量和结构致密度,并使胶凝材料中粉煤灰3 d、28 d反应程度分别提高1.7百分点和4.1百分点。
