矿山固体废弃物制备高强度膏体充填材料的实验研究

         

摘要

In order to implement the deep paste iflling mining based on the full use of mine’s solid waste, coal gangue, coal ash, tailings and cement are taken as raw materials to prepare high-strength paste iflling materials. Not only is the mix design conducted by orthogonal design means, but the slump experiment and uniaxial compression experiment are also performed to figure out the slump, strength and elastic modulus of paste iflling materials in different mix proportions. Based on the experimental data, energy has been devoted to carrying out a range analysis as well as an exploration on the inlfuence of mass concentration, water-binder ratio, sand ratio, and coal ash consumption over the performance of paste iflling materials to determine the optimal mix ratio. The ifndings reveal that coal gangue, coal ash, tailings, and cement can be used to prepare the high-strength paste iflling materials required by deep mining as the raw materials. As for the optimal mix proportion, the mass concentration, water-binder ratio, sand ratio, and coal ash consumption are 80%, 2, 80% and 150 kg/m3, respectively. In the presence of optimal mix proportion, the slump will be 209 mm; 28 d compressive strength be 10.40 MPa; and elastic modulus be 7.15 GPa. All these ifgures will help to meet the requirement for deep paste iflling mining.%为充分利用矿山固体废弃物进行深部膏体充填开采,以煤矸石、粉煤灰、尾砂和水泥为原料,制备高强度膏体充填材料,采用正交设计手段进行配合比设计,并采用坍落度实验和单轴压缩实验测试了不同配合比条件下膏体充填材料的坍落度、强度和弹性模量,基于实验数据进行了极差分析,探讨了质量分数、水胶比、砂率和粉煤灰用量对膏体充填材料性能的影响,确定了最优配合比。研究结果表明,采用煤矸石、尾砂、粉煤灰和水泥为原料,可以制备高强度满足深部开采要求的膏体充填材料,当质量分数为80%、水胶比为2、砂率为80%、粉煤灰用量为150 kg/m3时为最优配合比,此时坍落度为209 mm,28 d抗压强度为10.40 MPa,弹性模量为7.15 GPa,能够满足深部膏体充填开采的要求。
