淮安市种苗发展现状及对策研究

摘要

Based on developing status and traits of forestry seedlings of Huai＇an City,the problems in the process were pointed out.Developing measures were explained emphatically from establishing the organization,building seedling demonstration base,strengthening the seedlings quality supervision,which could expand the production scale of forestry seedlings,play an important significance especially for great-leap-forward development of forestry,promoting the economy of Huai＇an,mading farmers rich.%根据淮安市林业种苗发展现状和特点,指出了林业种苗在发展过程中存在的问题,着重从健全组织机构,确定种苗示范基地,强化种苗质量监督等方面阐述了加速林业种苗的发展的措施,对进一步扩大林业种苗的生产规模和提高生产水平有积极指导意义,尤其是对林业跨越式发展、振兴淮安经济、致富农民发挥着重要作用。
