宁夏森林火险监测预警系统设计与关键技术实现

摘要

以宁夏林区自动气象站实况数据和数值天气预报产品为基础，运用互联网电子地图、AJAX异步通信技术和ArcGIS Engine二次开发组件设计并实现宁夏森林火险监测预警系统。该系统具备宁夏各林区实时火险等级监测、未来7 d宁夏各县（区）森林火险等级预报及专题图制作等功能，系统界面友好、运行稳定。宁夏森林火险监测预警系统的设计与开发使宁夏森林火险监测预警业务更加规范。%Based on the automatic weather station observation data of the forest area in Ningxia and numerical weather forecast products, using the internet electronic map, AJAX asynchronous communication technology and ArcGIS Engine secondary development component, the Ningxia forest fire monitoring and warning system was designed and realized. The system has the functions including the forest fire danger rating and real time monitoring, the forecast of the next 7 days forest fire danger rating in the various counties of Ningxia and the making of the thematic maps and other functions. The system also has friendly interface and stable operation. So it makes the forest fire monitoring and early warning services in Ningxia more standardized.
