宁夏电网智能防误操作票系统开发与应用

摘要

为适应电网“调控一体化”模式下对操作票管理的各项要求，在调度管理系统（Opration Management System，OMS）基础技术支撑平台上搭建调控一体化智能防误操作票系统，实现操作票的全过程智能化管理以及基于自动化系统的操作安全校核防误功能。应用结果表明：该系统能减少或杜绝误操作事故发生，有效提升调控人员的工作效率与管理水平。%In order to adapt requirement of the dispatching and control integration pattern for operation order management,based on technology support platform of dispatching operation management system (OMS),builds intelligent anti-misoperation operation order system with dispatching and control integration function,intelligent management for the operation order the whole process and realizes the operation safety verification and anti-misoperation function based on automatic system. The application result shows that this system can reduce or eliminate misoperation accident,effectively improve work efficiency and management level for the dispatchers.
