热敏变色相变复合材料的制备及其在蚕丝织物中的应用

         

摘要

采用溶胶凝胶技术以正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,通过二氧化硅的三维网状结构对十四醇、溴甲酚紫和硼酸进行有效包裹制备出热敏变色储能复合材料,并使用正交试验对制备工艺参数,例如酯水摩尔比、复合物用量、pH值、反应温度以及陈化温度等进行分析,最后使复合材料通过浸轧烘的方式整理到蚕丝织物上。结果表明,材料用量对复合材料变色和储能性能的影响最大,最佳工艺参数为:复合物加入量为14g ,酯水摩尔比为1∶7,pH为3,反应温度为60℃,陈化温度为80℃。经过整理后的蚕丝织物具有较好的热敏变色和相变储能的效果。%Based on the sol-gel method and using tetraethyl orthosilicate as the precursor ,compos-ite thermochromic and phase change materials (CTPCM ) were prepared through embedding tetradecyl alcohol ,bromocresolpurple and boric acid with the three-dimensional network of silicon dioxide .Then an orthogonal experiment was made to analyze the process factors ,in-cluding the molar ratio of ester to water ,the dosage of the thermochromic and phase change materials ,pH value , reaction temperature and aging temperature . Finally , the CTPCM were added on the silk fabrics .The results indicated that the dosage of the materials had the greatest effect on the CTPCM and the optimal parameters turned out to be dosage of materi-als 14 g ,the molar ratio of ester to water 1∶7 ,pH value 3 ,reaction temperature 60℃ and aging temperature 80℃ . T he silk fabrics thus prepared gave excellent thermochromic and phase change performance .
