固定式显控台的造型设计与人性化设计研究

摘要

结合人机工程学原理和人机交互技术的相关数据,阐述了显控台造型设计中的诸多要素和发展趋势,分析了固定式显控台产品的造型设计方法.综合考虑显控台的整体造型设计、人机工程设计、设备散热设计、台面隔热设计和显示器升降机构等多方面综合因素,通过采用内部框架多种拼接形式,开发了开放式的直线型、弯折型和弧线型多种排列方式显控台,提出了固定式显控台造型设计思路及人性化设计的方法,使产品增加了安全性、实用性、经济性、美观性和舒适性,大大提升了产品核心竞争力.%Based on ergonomics and human-computer interaction data, this paper presented several factors of console modeling design and development trend, and then analyzed design methods of fixed console production. Considering complete modeling design, ergonomic design, equipment heat dissipation design, bench heat insulation design and monitor lifting mechanism of console, it developed open console of linear, bending and arc modes through all kinds of inner frame connection. It puts forward ergonomic design methods of fixed console, which improves security, practicability, economy, aesthetics and the comfort, thus improves the product core competitiveness.
