某型飞机襟翼舱结构损伤研究及改进

             

摘要

Since delivery to the user, there are more than 50 planes' flap cabin clapboards with different degree cracks for a certain type of aircraft developed by our country.This problem not only influences the readiness of these planes seriously, but also hides the security concern for flying.To solve the problem of flap cabin clapboard crack thoroughly, this research starts with the fault phenomena.By crack appearance analysis, static strength and dynamic strength analysis, materials fatigue theory computing and other methods, based on finite element models simulating, optimizing the design constantly and improving the installation, the measure is proposed.By flying test and verifying adequately, the crack on a certain type of aircraft flap cabin clapboard has been solved availably.The reliability and safety of plane has been improved.What's more, this also provides a reference and method for solving other plane's similar part fatigue problem.%我国自主研发的某型飞机自交付用户以来,先后有50余架飞机出现过襟翼舱隔板不同程度的裂纹问题,该问题不仅严重影响了飞机完好率,还给飞行安全埋下了隐患.为彻底解决襟翼舱裂纹问题,从襟翼舱故障现象入手,采用故障裂纹外观分析、静动强度分析和材料疲劳损伤理论计算等方法,并通过有限元模型进行模拟仿真,不断优化设计,改进安装形式,最终提出了解决措施.经过充分的试飞验证,某型飞机襟翼舱裂纹问题得到了有效解决,飞机的可靠性和安全性得到了整体提高,同时,也为其他飞机类似部位疲劳损伤问题的解决提供了借鉴参考.
