公共图书馆理事会现状调研及存在问题研究

摘要

自党的十八届三中全会以来，公共图书馆理事会的成立犹如雨后春笋般涌现，论文通过对36家图书馆理事会的建设现状调研，分析现阶段图书馆理事会存在的问题，并针对问题提出完善公共图书馆法人治理结构的对策。%Since the Third Plenary Session of the eighteenth, the establishment of public library boards have mushroomed emerge. Through the research on the construction status of 36 library board of trustees, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the present library board of trustees, and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the corporate governance structure of the library.
