亚马逊网上书店对OPAC的启示

摘要

Both Amazon Online Bookstore and OPAC provides book retrieval service, while Amazon gains more user acceptance in the details of the service. Through the comparison between Amazon and OPAC, this paper points out that Amazon is worth learning in terms of the platform compatibility, the compatibility of book categories, the retrieval process etc. To promote the library resources service, this paper also puts forward some suggestions on OPAC with regard to the compatibility with multiple types of resources and resources of variety libraries. And OPAC should enhance user participation , and provide deeper service capabilities.%亚马逊网上书店和OPAC系统虽然都提供检索图书服务，但在服务细节上亚马逊提供的检索服务更为用户认可。论文通过对亚马逊图书检索系统和图书馆OPAC系统的比较，指出亚马逊在平台兼容、图书种类兼容和检索流程等方面值得OPAC系统借鉴。同时，还提出了OPAC系统应兼容多种类型和多家图书馆资源、提升用户书评参与度、进一步提供深层次服务功能等改进建议。
