数字阅读正在成为大众阅读的主要趋势,图书馆对电子书的需求成为新常态. 但超星、书生、方正Apabi等几大主要馆配电子书平台却数据更新缓慢,很难提供最新纸质同步电子书.因此通过梳理中文电子书发展脉络,发现馆配电子书市场存在的问题,就馆配电子书产业链条上的馆社商三方主要力量,分别指出其需要适应的角色变化.即图书馆需要专业化的数字资源、出版社要专注专业领域内容价值的发现,馆配商要转型升级,促进纸质与电子资源加速融合.最后对中文电子书产业链各方如何树标准、促合作,做好内容创新、平台创新、盈利模式创新、服务创新等各项工作提出了有益的建议.%Electronic reading is becoming a major trend in reading habits; E-book is becoming the new normal in a library. But the data of main E-book platforms, like Superstar, Shusheng and Apabi updates slowly, which leads to the lack of the latest E-books. Therefore, by clearing up the development of Chinese E-book , exposing the problems exiting in library-oriented E-book market. This paper tried to point out the roles changing of Library, publisher and Library-oriented bookseller in the chain of Library-oriented E-book industry. The libraries need professional digital resources;the publishers should focus on the discovery of valuable contents; Library-oriented booksellers need to reform and stimulate the integration of paper and electronic resources. Finally, the paper proposes the useful suggestions in how to set standards, promote cooperation, refresh content, platform, profit model and service in the chain of Chinese E-book industry.
