在水热作用下废弃水泥基材料的再生研究

             

摘要

对水热作用下废弃水泥基材料的再生进行了研究.测试再生废弃水泥基材料的抗压强度、表观密度和吸水率等随氢氧化钙掺量的变化.结果表明,在废弃水泥净浆中掺加氢氧化钙对抗压强度增加不明显;在废弃水泥胶砂中当氢氧化钙掺量为15%时试样的抗压强度最高;在废弃混凝土中当氢氧化钙掺量为10%时试样的抗压强度最高.利用这种再生方法,可以充分利用废弃水泥基材料中的剩余胶凝材料和硅质材料.%The regeneration of waste of cement-based materials was studied through hydrothennal treatment. The variation of properties of recycled cement-based materials,such as compressive strength,apparent density and water absorption,with calcium hydroxide content was tested. The results show that for waste cement hardened paste,the increase of its compressive strength was not obvious with an increase in calcium hydroxide content;for waste cement mortar,rhe optimum compressive strength was reached when the calcium hydroxide content was 15%;and for waste concrete,the optimum compressive strength was reached when the calcium hydroxide content is 10%. The results suggest that with this regeneration method,the remaining cementitious materials and siliceous materials in the waste of cement-based materials could be made full use of.
