夏热冬冷地区纸蜂窝复合外墙构造研究

摘要

The compound exterior wall board with the paper honeycomb, is the new kind of compound exterior wall,which includes the core of the fire retardant paper honeycomb board,the indoor cover and. Thermal insulating layers with the foamed ceramic thermal insulating board or the calcium silicate board, and the outdoor coats, with the color profiling .steel plate. Through the heat engineering calculation, the maximal number of the coefficient of heat transmission of this kinds of wall board is 0.763~ 0.632 W/(m2·K) , which meet the China national standard JGJ 134-2010 "Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone" and the national energy conservation target data (65%). As the new designs, the flute & cavity construction and the matchboard construction, are adaptive not only in the character, but also in the operability. Furthermore, the new constructions are all suitable in the joint safety, thermal insulating, water proof and so on.%纸蜂窝复合外墙是以阻燃纸蜂窝板为保温芯材,外侧墙以彩色压型钢板为面层材料,内侧墙以发泡陶瓷保温板或硅酸钙扳为复合保温层兼外保护层的新型复合墙体.通过热工计算得出的传热系数为0.763～0.632 W/(m2· K),符合JGJ 134-2010《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》要求,满足65％的节能目标.结合纸蜂窝板复合外墙特点,提出的“凹槽空腔式”、“垂边企口式”节点构造,具有较好的可操作性,并且满足外墙节点安全、保温、防水等的功能要求.
