冷弯薄壁型钢-新型轻质混凝土组合结构体系节点性能研究

         

摘要

冷弯薄壁型钢结构越来越多地被建筑工程所采用.节点作为这种结构形式的重要组成部分,对其结构性能的发挥起到了关键作用.但由于该结构体系的板材较薄,当荷载达到某一数值时就会发生屈曲,从而导致其结构性能不能充分发挥.将轻质混凝土包裹在轻钢龙骨的外侧,形成组合节点,对轻钢节点和组合节点分别进行了试验研究.对其荷载-应变关系、荷载-位移关系、荷载-转角关系以及承载力等方面进行了对比分析.试验结果表明,组合节点中钢骨的结构性能优于轻钢节点.%Cold-formed thin-wall steel structure is used in building constructions more and more. Joint is one of the most important parts of the structure which play the key role for structural performance. Buckling will happen when the load exceeds certain level because of the thin plate. As a result, the structural performance will not play well enough. Study was done on cold-formed thin-wall joints and composite joints based on experiments. The load-displacement relationships, the load-rotation relationships, the load-strain relationships and the bearing capacities had been contrasted and analyzed. The results of test show that the performance of composite joints is better than the cold-formed thin-wall joints.
