The progressive degeneration of nigral dopaminergic(DA)neurons and the biochemical reduction of striatal dopamine levels are associated with major clinical symptoms,including tremor at rest,rigidity of the limbs,slowness and paucity of voluntary movement(bradykinesia),and postural instability(a
