Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an age-related neurodegenerative disease that represents the most common cause of dementia among the elderly people.With the increasingly aging population,AD has presented an overwhelming healthcare challenge to modern society;the World Alzheimer Report 2015 has estimated that 46.8 million people worldwide lived with dementia in 2015 and this number will rise to74.7 million in 2030 and that the total cost of dementia was 818 billion in US$in 2015 and will reach two trillion in 2030.
